Forgiving each other *PLUS Church meeting THIS WEEK

Dear church family

This week in our household we celebrated St Partick's day. It is always a special moment for us to reconnect with our roots, but also to reflect on the deeper meaning behind the day and the incredible story of faith it represents.

St Patick's Life is such a beautiful picture of Gods grace at work. As a young man, he was taken to Ireland as a slave, where he spent years in hardship. Yet it was in that place that he encountered God in a real personal way.

What's even more remarkable is that, after escaping and returning home, Patrick chose to go back to Ireland – not with resentment, but with a heart full of compassion, carrying the message of Jesus to the very people and place that had once caused him pain.

His story challenges and encourages us today. It reminds us that God can meet us in the hardest seasons, that forgiveness is possible even when it feels costly, and that following Jesus often means stepping out in courage and obedience. Patrick didn't have it all figured out – he simply said yes to God.

As we reflect on his life, may we be people who trust in God in every season, who forgive as we've been forgiven, and who are willing to go where he leads us.

'Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you' Ephesians 4 v 32

FINBERRY FOCUS - LAUNCH TEAM MEETING THIS SUNDAY ?
Meeting straight after whole church meeting at New Wells Ashford
The focus of this meeting is hospitality, building community, sharing about Jesus and sharing your testimony... and we're ordering pizza in! ?

We're excited to launch into Finberry on Sunday 19th April, and we're building the launch team now as preparations continue behind the scenes.
