The Source | The Deep | H2O
We have a vibrant youth group, made up of young people from lots of different local schools around Ashford. They are united by a love for Jesus, are fiercely loyal to one another and love inviting newcomers in to be a part of their everyday lives. Through our programmes The Source, The Deep (bible studies) and H2O (social), they are given opportunities to go deeper with God and in friendship with one another - spurring one another on in their faith and supporting one another in their everyday life!

Meet Katie
Pastor & Youth Leader
| Katie has been serving here since September 2021 and was previously based in Bristol. She is one of the youngest Baptist Ministers in the country and is part of the young Young Adults Round Table and the SEBA Leadership Team. Katie has a real passion to see people find wholeness and identity in Christ and to release them in their giftings through teaching and equipping. |
Part of Katie's role here at New Wells is to oversee and grow the youth ministry.
She is also one of the teachers at our LEAD: Theology school, overseeing the LEAD internship year.
Katie is married to Thomas.
